Information you provide

The form collects your company and contact details, selected systems, inventory descriptions, estimated quantities, years, formats, rights status and any additional context you enter. Please avoid including confidential source contents or personal information about other people.

What we use it for

We use inquiry details to understand the proposed inventory, assess potential buyer fit, clarify questions and contact you about the assessment. Submission consent relates to this inquiry. It is not a license to the underlying data or consent to unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Submissions are stored in a server-side database provided through that hosting platform, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate these services. This first form does not connect to your source systems.

Submitted records are not exposed through a public listing or retrieval endpoint. Access to the hosting account and its database is controlled separately from the public website.

Technical information

The server processes request information to run the site and protect the form. For submission rate limits, we store a hash derived from the connection’s IP address, rather than the raw address in the inquiry table. The hosting platform may maintain its own operational logs.

The site does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Form answers stay in the current page while you work and are sent when you submit. If you reload or leave the form before submitting, unsaved answers may be lost.

Questions, corrections and deletion

You can request a correction or deletion by contacting li@lumerent.com. Include your assessment reference if you have one. We use records while reviewing the inquiry and any related opportunity; records may also need to be retained for applicable obligations.
